With more than four decades of legal experience, Henry brings not only a wealth of knowledge, but a deeply compassionate and thoughtful approach to estate planning that aligns perfectly with our values.
Early in his legal career, Henry made the conscious decision to step away from contentious litigation in favor of work that truly supports families — both in preparing for life’s transitions and navigating times of loss. That path led him to estate planning, where he has since helped countless individuals and families create meaningful, lasting plans that offer peace of mind.
Henry’s background is extensive. He has served as Assistant County Attorney for Montgomery County, worked as a partner in several private law firms and title companies, and owned and operated his own practice. His experience is matched by his empathy — particularly in the area of special needs planning, which is especially personal to him as the sibling of a brother with special needs.
Outside of work, Henry enjoys home improvement projects, reading, the occasional round of golf, and time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. His favorite escape? The serene chain of lakes along the Minnesota-Canada border — a place he describes as “possibly a glimpse of heaven.” He lives by the words: “The only thing over which you really have true control is your attitude.”
Henry shares our deep commitment to helping families feel confident, secure, and supported, and we’re honored to have him on our team. Henry will continue to serve clients in his Montgomery Village location.
