As Willow Legal Group’s Client Experience and Office Coordinator, Kaylyn is often one of the first friendly faces clients connect with. With a natural passion for helping people and creating calm during stressful moments, she is dedicated to making every client feel welcomed, supported, and at ease throughout the planning process.

Kaylyn brings more than a decade of experience in customer service and office administration, with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, compliance, and delivering a seamless client experience. Prior to joining Willow Legal Group, she spent four and a half years as a Loan Officer Assistant at a boutique residential mortgage bank in Iowa, where she guided clients through important life transitions with care and attention to detail.

What she enjoys most about working at Willow Legal Group is building genuine relationships with clients and helping bring clarity and confidence to decisions that can sometimes feel overwhelming. She appreciates Willow Legal Group’s proactive, client-first approach and the opportunity to help families prepare for the future before challenges arise.

One piece of advice she often shares with clients is simple: life comes at you fast, and it is always better to prepare now than to be unprepared later.

Outside of the office, Kaylyn enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog — whether that means exploring local parks and restaurants or relaxing at home binge-watching favorite shows. People are often surprised to learn that she is also a licensed (non-practicing) cosmetologist.
