Therese Sudario is a compassionate and detail-oriented Client Care Associate at Willow Legal Group, where she plays an important role in helping families stay organized, informed, and supported throughout the estate planning process.

Drawn to estate planning by a desire to help people preserve their legacies and navigate emotionally vulnerable moments, Therese has spent the past three years building expertise in estate plan management, legal drafting, and client communication. 

She takes great pride in guiding clients through their documents and ensuring they stay on track — especially those who may be unfamiliar with legal tools and terminology.

Therese is particularly skilled in estate plan drafting and preparing customized client documents, such as fiduciary letters and legacy instructions. She often reminds families that “it’s never too late or too early to start preserving and honoring your wishes.”

When she’s not working, Therese loves spending time outdoors, meeting up with friends and family, and discovering new restaurants. Fun fact: she has a collection of candle lights she hoards but never uses.

Therese lives by the simple but powerful motto: “Self-help is the best help.”
